By accessing and using Uplyst, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Uplyst for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Product Listings

All product submissions must be accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our guidelines.

4. Payment Terms

Boost and Featured listings are non-refundable after approval. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to content you submit. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not: submit false information, manipulate rankings through artificial means, spam or harass other users, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
